You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain a betparo account. betparo will request identity verification at any time. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 are closed immediately and any pending withdrawals are forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one betparo account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. betparo reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any winnings generated through duplicate registrations, regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.
All information provided at registration — including your name, Pakistani phone number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and current. betparo uses this information for identity verification and for processing PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers.
By using betparo you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and can become addictive. betparo provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. You agree to use these tools when necessary and to play responsibly within your personal financial means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betparo login credentials. Do not share your password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. betparo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under betparo's international gaming license. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with betparo's support team are subject to the dispute resolution procedures defined by the licensing authority, whose decisions are binding on betparo.
Important Notice: By accessing the betparo platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the betparo platform immediately.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with betparo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), form the entire agreement between you and betparo with respect to your use of the platform.
2.2 Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) completing the betparo registration process; (b) logging into an existing betparo account; or (c) placing any wager or making any deposit on the platform. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of these actions.
2.3 These Terms are available in English only. If you are reading a translated version, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation.
2.4 betparo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, betparo will notify registered users by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on betparo. This is a strict requirement. betparo will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process and may request supporting documentation — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the betparo platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. betparo makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and valid payment method details. Any material inaccuracy in registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one betparo account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 KYC Verification. betparo is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all registered users. You agree to submit any identity documentation reasonably requested by betparo within the timeframe specified in the verification request. betparo may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your betparo login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify betparo immediately at support@betparo.bet if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. betparo will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account; however, betparo is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Account Currency. All betparo accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and processed in PKR. betparo does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. betparo will provide prior written notice before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the dormancy fee schedule are available on request from support.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betparo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. betparo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on betparo is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same betparo account and in the name of the registered account holder. betparo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All pending KYC requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed.
5.4 Processing Times. betparo aims to process withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days from the date the request is approved. Processing times may be longer where additional verification is required or where the relevant payment provider experiences delays outside betparo's control.
5.5 Player Fund Segregation. In accordance with betparo's licensing obligations, player funds are held separately from betparo's operational funds. This segregation ensures that your account balance is protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting betparo's operations.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the betparo platform — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to confirm statistical fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the game information panel.
6.2 Sports Betting. betparo offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL), racing, and other sports. All bets are governed by betparo's sportsbook rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section. In the event of any conflict between sportsbook rules and these Terms, the sportsbook rules shall prevail for betting-specific matters.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. betparo reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where betparo suspects match manipulation, technical error in odds, or where a user's betting pattern indicates professional arbitrage activity that is inconsistent with recreational use.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game rules, or a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, betparo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users. betparo's decision in such matters is final.
6.5 Result Finality. Once a bet has been settled by betparo's system, the result is final unless betparo subsequently determines that a manifest error occurred at the time of settlement. Queries regarding bet settlement must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event result being published.
7.1 betparo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotions to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount will be specified in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. betparo monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software, hedging bets across accounts, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine recreational play. betparo reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.
7.4 betparo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering commitments already in progress.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betparo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the betparo platform — including but not limited to the betparo brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data — are owned by or licensed to betparo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use betparo's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or software from the betparo platform without betparo's prior written consent.
10.1 The betparo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betparo makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions to service.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betparo's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 betparo is not liable for: (a) any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) losses arising from events beyond betparo's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits betparo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.
11.1 betparo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, all of which are accessible from your account settings:
11.2 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is in place, betparo will not accept any request to reinstate the account until the minimum period has elapsed. During self-exclusion, betparo will take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving promotional communications.

12.1 Closure by User. You may close your betparo account at any time by contacting support at support@betparo.bet. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of any pending withdrawal holds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.
12.2 Closure by betparo. betparo may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect where it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where betparo is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law. In such cases, betparo reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation.
12.3 Provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the closure or termination of your account.
13.1 betparo may amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — betparo will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographic corrections, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication.
13.3 If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws applicable under betparo's international gaming authority license.
14.2 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding betparo's services, you should first contact betparo's customer support team at support@betparo.bet. betparo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
14.3 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through betparo's internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by betparo's licensing authority. betparo will provide the contact details of the designated body upon request.
